Exactly what Tamadeto stores, where it is stored, and how to have it removed.
The short version
You can browse and watch without an account. Without one, everything you save stays in your own browser and never reaches our servers.
With an account, your saved list, likes, watch history, follows and comments are stored in our database so they follow you between devices. You can delete the account and all of it at any time.
What is stored in your browser
These live in your own browser storage. They are readable only by this site, are never transmitted to us, and clearing your site data removes them.

Accounts
If you register with an email address we store that address, a display name if you give one, and a hash of your password. We never store the password itself.
If you sign in with Google, Yahoo or Facebook, we receive your email address, display name and avatar URL from that provider, and store a token that lets us recognise you on your next visit. We do not receive your password and we do not post anything on your behalf.
Server logs
Our server records ordinary request logs: the URL requested, timestamp, response status, user agent and IP address. These are used for security and debugging, and are not combined with your account to build a profile.
Third parties
Some titles are played through an embedded third-party player. When one loads, that provider can see your IP address and set its own cookies under its own policy. Titles we host ourselves involve no third party.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data attached to your account, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your account removes your saved list, likes, history, follows and comments.

Children
This service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold data about a minor. If you believe we do, write to [email protected] and we will delete it. See also the content policy.
